Influence That Saves: Turning Scrolls into Screenings with SOpharmacy's “The Silent Killer” Campaign

“Sometimes, a message online can do more than inspire — it can save lives.”

That was the vision behind “The Silent Killer”, a national campaign we participated together with SOpharmacy as a communication partner, to raise awareness about colon cancer prevention and early screening.

The mission was simple yet deeply meaningful - to turn digital influence into real-world action.

Colon cancer is often called “the silent killer” because it can go unnoticed until it's too late. But early detection saves lives — and we wanted people to know that.

The challenge? To cut through the noise of everyday social media scrolling and make people stop, care, and act.

That's where the power of influence came in.

We knew that audiences trust real people — voices they relate to, stories that feel honest.

So, instead of just talking about prevention, we worked with authentic influencers who shared their personal experiences, fears, and hopes.

Their openness helped make the conversation about colon cancer feel less intimidating, more human, and far more urgent.

Influencers Who Made a Difference

Some of Bulgaria's most beloved public figures — Zachary Bacharov, Naum Shopov, Tea Minkova, and Magi Dzanavarova — became the faces and voices of the campaign.

They spoke not as celebrities, but as people who care.

Through videos, posts, and stories, they encouraged their communities to take the simple but life-saving step of getting tested.

Their authenticity created a ripple effect — one that reached far beyond likes and shares.

Digital Strategy with a Human Heart

Behind the scenes, our team designed a strategy that balanced emotion with precision.

We combined data-driven Meta performance marketing with influencer storytelling, making sure every message reached the people who needed it most.

Through advanced targeting, creative testing, and dynamic ad placements, we optimized SOpharmacy's Meta campaigns for both visibility and engagement.

The result? More conversations, more awareness, and most importantly — more people taking charge of their health.

The Results That Matter Most

In just three months, over 93,000 people got tested for colon cancer.

That's not just a number. That's 93,000 moments of courage. 93,000 families that could have a healthier future.

When Marketing Meets Meaning

"The Silent Killer" campaign reminded us why we do what we do.

“Because influence isn't just about reach — it's about responsibility.”

When the right voices share the right message, digital impact becomes deeply human.

Together with SOpharmacy, we proved that influence can save lives — one scroll, one story, one screening at a time.
