4. Intellectual Property

All work created by TMS remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in individual service agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees as outlined in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

TMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
